Old Beijing Zhajiang Noodles
Ingredients:
Minced meat, noodles, cucumber, onion, garlic
Method:
1. Secret sauce: two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of dark soy sauce, one spoon of oyster sauce, one spoon of soybean paste, two spoons of sweet noodle sauce, one spoon of white sugar, five-spice powder and water, stir evenly.
2. Stir-fry minced meat until it changes color, add chopped green onion and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Pour in the sauce and cook over low heat until the soup thickens.
4. Cook the noodles and drain them into cold water.
5. Pour the meat sauce and top with cucumber shreds.
