How to bake shrimp with salt?
Required ingredients: prawns, coarse salt (also called sea salt, which is the kind of large particles we usually use when pickling old pickles)

Production method:

1: First, we use toothpicks to remove the shrimp line from the washed prawns.

2: Wash all the shrimps and put them in a big bowl.

3: Then add a little onion and ginger slices, add a little cooking wine and marinate for 20 minutes.

4: Add 1 kg of raw salt to the pot, then stir fry a little with a shovel, and then spread it flat.

5: When the salt is a little warmer, put our pickled prawns in turn.

6: Then sprinkle a layer of coarse salt on the shrimp. We don't need any other seasoning to make salted shrimp, just salt, so that we can keep the original flavor of prawns.

7: Cover and simmer for at least 10 minute.

8: Shake off the excess salt on the shrimp with chopsticks, and then put it on a plate.

Sprinkle a thin layer of salt in the pot (just use ordinary salt, which is cheaper), turn on a small fire, then spread the washed shrimp evenly on the salt, cover the lid and turn on the fire until you smell the fragrance, or see the juice in the shrimp head boiling and dripping on the salt, which means it is cooked. Stir the shrimp carefully with a spatula, and don't scoop out the salt together. When the salt gets cold, throw it in the trash can to wash the pot.
