2. Select the "Job" column, and then click the "Data" menu in the menu bar to find the "Data Validity" button.
3. Click the small arrow of "Data Validity" option, and click "Data Validity" option in the drop-down menu.
4. Set Allow in the pop-up dialog box, and select the order in Allow.
5. Click the "source" button on the right in Source.
6. Click the Select button on the right to select a column of data of job name in the cell.
7. Click "OK" after setting.
You can see that the drop-down menu appears in the location bar, and the operation of making the menu is completed.
