Step 1
Maximum heat setting on the barbecue table, cover and preheat 10 minute. Clean and oil the barbecue table.
Second step
It would be better if there was a charcoal barbecue table. Wait until the charcoal fire is red.
Third step
Stir garlic, rosemary, lemon juice and olive oil in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Fourth step
Transfer half of the mixture to another container and set aside. Pour the chicken into a large bowl, then slice it and cover it completely.
Step five
Put the chicken directly on the hot surface of the barbecue grill, cover the pot and cook it.

Turn the meat from time to time (but don't turn it over) until the chicken is almost cooked, with only some pink spots on it, which takes about 4 minutes.
