As one of the four traditional festivals, the Dragon Boat Festival has many traditional folk customs, such as hanging wormwood and calamus, dragon boat racing, flying kites, tying colorful silk threads and hiding from the Dragon Boat Festival. In addition to these activities with national characteristics, they are also very distinctive in diet. Traditional foods include zongzi, fried dumplings, cakes, mung bean cakes and realgar wine. Different nationalities have different cuisines. In short, they want their families to be safe. Ma Bao recommended five courses 1 soup for everyone. It didn't cost much, I ate well and had a pleasant holiday with my family.
Course 1: steamed vermicelli with minced meat and loofah.
Ingredients: loofah 1, tenderloin 80g, millet pepper, onion, soy sauce, starch, garlic, vermicelli 50g, salt and cooking oil.
We soaked the vermicelli in cold water for 40 minutes, washed it and put it on a plate.
② Remove the head and tail of the loofah, then peel off the epidermis with a paring knife, cut it into long strips and put it on the vermicelli. Then put the plate in the pot and steam it, and take it out for about 12 minutes.
③ We cleaned the onion, garlic and millet pepper and cut them into pieces. Put cold oil in a hot pan, add minced garlic and millet pepper and stir-fry until fragrant. Add minced meat and stir fry. After the minced meat changes color, pour in soy sauce and old extract for fresh coloring. Pour in water starch, season with salt, sprinkle with chopped green onion and stir-fry a few times.
(4) Pour the prepared juice on the towel gourd vermicelli and mix well to serve.
Second course: Fried Shrimp with Lettuce
Ingredients: lettuce 300g, shrimp100g, onion, ginger, soy sauce, garlic seeds, salt, oil and cooking wine.
We crushed the lettuce and soaked it in light salt water for 5 minutes. After repeated kneading, take it out and drain it.
② Pick out the shrimp line in the second section of the shrimp with a toothpick, then peel off the shrimp shell and rinse it. Add onion, ginger and cooking wine, mix well and marinate for a few minutes. Cool the oil in a hot pan, stir-fry the shrimps a few times, then add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
③ When the shrimps turn slightly red, pour in lettuce and stir fry for a while.
(4) After the color of lettuce deepens, add salt to taste and stir-fry a few times.
Third course: fried mung bean sprouts
Ingredients: mung bean sprouts 300g, onion, millet pepper, soy sauce, salt, cooking oil and minced garlic.
We cleaned the onion, millet pepper and garlic and cut them into pieces. Put cold oil in a hot pan, pour in these ingredients and stir-fry until fragrant.
② Soak mung bean sprouts in water and wash them several times. Take out and drain.
③ Pour in mung bean sprouts and stir-fry for a while.
(4) When the mung bean sprouts are slightly transparent, add salt and soy sauce to taste and continue to stir fry a few times.
The fourth road: stir-fried beef
Ingredients: beef 200g, 1 red pepper, 3 green peppers, garlic seeds, ginger, onion, starch, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon mature vinegar, salt, cooking oil and 2 pickled peppers.
We washed the beef and cut it into small pieces. Add starch, soy sauce, onion and Jiang Shui, stir well, then add 1 tbsp cooking oil and stir well.

⑤ Add 1 tablespoon of boiling water, add 1 teaspoon of salt, and cook over high heat.
6. When the soup in the pot is almost dry, pour in the green pepper and stir fry for a while.
⑦ When the color of green pepper deepens, add a little salt to taste, stir fry a few times, and serve.
Fifth: Braised chicken with red pepper and mushrooms.
Ingredients: 4 chicken legs, Lentinus edodes 150g, red pepper 1, garlic seeds, ginger, onion, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt and edible oil.
We washed the chicken legs, chopped them into small pieces and put them in the pot. Add water to the chicken leg, then add cooking wine, onion and ginger to remove the fishy smell. Bring the fire to a boil, remove it when there is a lot of floating foam on the surface of the pot, and rinse it with warm water.
(2) Mushrooms and peppers are pedicled, scrubbed and cut into small pieces. Then wash garlic, ginger and onion and cut them into small pieces.
(3) Hot pan with cold oil, pour the chicken legs and stir fry. After frying the water on the surface of the chicken leg, pour in cooking wine, soy sauce and soy sauce to remove the fishy smell and color. Add garlic and ginger and simmer for a few minutes. Add boiling water to the chicken legs, boil them and cook them on low heat.
(4) When the soup in the pot is half cooked, pour in mushrooms, add salt to taste and continue stewing.
⑤ Pour in red pepper, stir fry a few times and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
The sixth course: Sliced Soup with Bitter Melon and Sauerkraut
Ingredients: Momordica charantia14, 50g sauerkraut, front leg meat 100g, soy sauce, starch, onion, ginger, salt, edible oil and Lycium barbarum.
We skinned the pig's front legs, scrubbed them clean and cut them into pieces. Add onion, Jiang Shui, soy sauce and starch, stir well and marinate for a while.
② Wash sauerkraut and cut it into small pieces. Wash bitter gourd, cut into pieces, add 1 tablespoon salt, mix well and marinate for a while. Wash bitter gourd several times to remove the salty taste.
We pour sauerkraut into the pot and fry it, so it tastes sour and fragrant. Add 1 tbsp of boiling water and boil over high heat.
(4) After the water in the pot is boiled, pour in the marinated meat slices and continue to cook with high fire.
⑤ After the meat slices change color, pour in bitter gourd and add a little salt to taste.
6 After the bitter gourd is cooked, sprinkle some medlar and chopped green onion for decoration.
