Ingredients: eggplant and cucumber (two people), garlic and onion, soy sauce, sugar, Chili oil, chicken powder and sesame.
Exercise:
1. After cleaning the cucumber, put the original strips into the rice cooker and steam them with the rice. But remember to steam it on a plate, or the rice will absorb the moisture and taste of the cucumber.
2. Cut the steamed cucumber into strips with thick fingers and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 3 prepare the sauce. Mash garlic into minced garlic, stir with shallots, soy sauce, sugar, Chili oil and chicken powder, and preferably add a little sesame seeds, and the fragrant and spicy sauce will come out.
