Therefore, all future business will be conducted in broad daylight, and every order will be made in full view of the public. If you want to cheat, you can't help it.

The relationship between merchants and consumers is upgrading from "buying and selling relationship" to "service relationship", and the future competition is your deep service ability.

Products are left to manufacturers, and after-sales and customer service are also separate contents. What businesses need to do is the derivative of products, which determines your ability to attract consumers and is also the most valuable place for businesses.

We can also find that under this business logic, there are no products that are rich and profiteering. This is the characteristic of a truly mature society.

As long as you work hard, God will arrange everything.

The above example can also be extended to the basic logic of business change:

Traditional business is a mode of earning "price difference" in one direction. In every link of the product, every link will increase the price and then ship it.

You don't know how much difference your upstream link has earned, and of course you don't know how much your downstream link can earn from its downstream link, so everyone is keeping secrets from each other.

Obviously, the upstream and downstream links are a misappropriation relationship. You earn more, I earn less, you earn less, I earn more, so everyone tries to maximize their profits.

In the future, consumers will have direct access to various brands due to the publicity and links of the Internet, so more and more consumers will be able to pay directly to brands (producers), which will lead to the direct flow of cash to brands without increasing or decreasing, instead of being exploited layer by layer as before.

So how should channels and service providers make money?

After the brand gets the money, it distributes the value according to the prior agreement (of course, the value return of each link is directly equal to its contribution), so everyone forms a new value chain with the terms of the contract as the constraint, and then stays out of it.

Therefore, your return is determined by the value you provide. The stronger your service ability, the more people you can attract and the more rewards you will get. And how much value you can generate and how much money you can earn in the future are all open and transparent, not hidden in the past. This is the point-to-point value chain.

This is another sentence: you just work hard and ask for nothing in return. God will arrange everything!

So there is only cash flow in the future, and there is no profit margin.

What will you do for a living?

There are only three enterprise roles in the future society:

1. Resource-based enterprises (state-owned and central enterprises) are responsible for the national economy and people's livelihood.

2. Platform enterprises responsible for commodity circulation (Tencent, Alibaba, Baidu, etc.). )

3. Small companies with unique products or in-depth services in different fields (value subjects)

Each platform needs a large-scale team to operate. In other words, although a large number of middlemen no longer exist, there are a large number of service personnel.

The value of the platform is that it can accurately connect producers and consumers through operations. What you want is here.

As a result, there are more and more customized and personalized products, and they are doing everything possible to enhance the added value of products. This is peer-to-peer service.

In the past, this was impossible, because producers and consumers could not be directly connected, so a large number of middlemen could only serve as information bridges, but these middlemen only served as information bridges and did not enhance the added value of products.

In other words, the original price difference thinking such as speculation, hoarding, anti-economic cycle, buying low and selling high is being replaced by an innovative and distinctive creative thinking.

So the only thing we have to do in the future is to become a value magnifying glass, that is, you have to amplify the value of a product or service flowing through you, so that this fluid has the value of flowing through you. Instead of becoming a traditional barrier, people will circulate from you and then collect money to build roads.

In the future value chain, if you want to gain value, you must first have existence value.

In the future society, the circulation of products, information, money and people will be faster and faster, and all the obstacles in the middle, that is, the traditional nodes that exist but do not generate value, will be impacted, such as those agents and dealers who increase prices, merchants who make money by using information asymmetry, speculators who hoard goods, and so on.
