Materials:
Hairtail, onion ginger, cooking wine, sugar, soy sauce
Exercise:
1. Wash hairtail and cut into sections, onion and ginger.
2. Fry the fish pieces, first fry one side and then the other side, fry both sides until golden brown, take them out and filter out the oil.
3. Leave a little oil in the pot, stir-fry the onion and ginger, add the fried fish, and cook the cooking wine to smell.
4, add soy sauce and sugar to taste, add a little water, simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Braised duck pieces
Materials:
Half a slice of duck, anise cinnamon, cooking wine, soy sauce.
Exercise:
1. Wash half a slice of duck, drain and cut into small pieces. Put a proper amount of water in the pot, add the duck pieces washed with cold water, boil and cook for about 2 minutes. Remove the duck pieces and rinse them with clear water for later use.

Braised lamb chops
Materials:
Lamb chop, garlic crystal sugar, oil, pepper, cooking wine, salt, soy sauce.
Exercise:
1, chop lamb chops into small pieces, soak them in cold water and rinse them.
2, cold water into the pot, boil and skim off the floating foam.
3. Rinse the floating foam attached to the lamb chops after taking them out, and drain the water for later use.
4. Heat a little oil in the pot, add rock sugar and stir fry until it melts and turns red. Add lamb chops and stir-fry until brown.
5, add cooking wine and pepper to taste, add appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir fry evenly, so that the color of lamb chops turns red and thick.

Braised bullfrog
Materials:
4 bullfrogs, ginger, garlic, dried peppers, yellow wine, soy sauce and chicken essence.
Exercise:
1, bullfrog slaughtered, cut into pieces and washed.
2, from the pot, heat the oil, add ginger, garlic, small dried peppers and stir fry.
3. Add bullfrog meat, stir-fry until half cooked, add yellow wine for 3 minutes, and let the wine enter the bullfrog meat.

Braised pig tail
Materials:
Pig tail, ginger, onion, soy sauce, soy sauce, pepper, aniseed, cinnamon, sugar, salt.
Exercise:
1. Wash the pig's tail and cut it into inches; Shred onion and slice ginger.
2. Blanch the pig's tail in boiling water, remove and drain.

Stewed potatoes with braised beef
Materials:

Red roasted goose
Materials:
Goose, oil, salt, sugar, onion, ginger, garlic, soy sauce.

Braised duck feet
