How to cook chestnut roast chicken
Ingredients: boneless chicken leg 500g, chestnut 15-20, ginger slices and a little onion.

Exercise:

1. Chestnuts are shelled and wrapped-cut a small mouth on raw chestnuts, then put them in water for boiling 1 minute and stew for 5 minutes. Peel it while it's hot. It's easier to peel it.

2. Cut the chicken into pieces, grab it evenly with ginger slices, cooking wine and a little salt, and let it stand for 30 minutes.

3. Pour a little oil into the pot, first pour the chicken pieces, stir-fry until the color changes (as shown in Figure 2), and add chestnuts to stir-fry for a few minutes.

4. Add onion slices, ginger slices, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine and half a bowl of water, simmer for 45 minutes, and drain the juice.
