The completed museums are Jiangning District Museum and Eastern Jin History and Culture Museum, with one site and two museums. The main building is divided into three floors, with three fixed exhibitions, namely Romantic Eastern Jin, Jiangning and Pei calligraphy and painting exhibitions, and a temporary exhibition hall with an area of 2,500 square meters. At the same time, there are six functional areas: cultural relics storage area, office area, public area, large lecture hall, small conference room and VIP reception room.
There are mainly bronze chimes in the Western Han Dynasty, three-legged ding in Niu Niu in the Western Han Dynasty, jade walls in the Han Dynasty, painted lacquer bowls in the Han Dynasty, land purchase vouchers in the first year of Ce Tian's book in Wu Dong, Wudong Buddha mirror, the first altar chicken in the Eastern Jin Dynasty, frog-shaped basin, blue glazed porcelain pillow in the Song Dynasty, bronze power in the Yuan Dynasty, glazed building components in the Ming Dynasty and a large number of bronze mirrors, pottery and jade articles. Jiangning historical and cultural relics exhibition in the museum is open all year round, and the exhibits are adjusted and updated in time. The temporary exhibition hall also holds an art exhibition of calligraphy and painting.
Since the opening of 1993, the museum has held about 30 exhibitions and received about 20,000 visitors every year. It was designated as "patriotic education base" by the Propaganda Department of Jiangning District Committee 1995 and "demonstration base of popular science education" by Nanjing Municipal Government in 200 1.
