Materials: pig intestines,
Seasoning: cooking wine, salt, ginger, green pepper, red pepper, garlic, onion, starch and red oil.
1. First, wash the pig intestines, marinate them with cooking wine, alkaline water and ginger for 1 hour, then wash them, cook them until they are eight-cooked, and change knives into triangular pieces;
2. Dice green pepper, red pepper and dried red pepper, and wash fresh pepper for later use;
3. Boil the water in the pot and put the pig intestines into the water;
4. Add red oil and saute garlic slices;
5. Add dried red pepper;
6. Stir-fry the green pepper and pepper to taste;
7. Add pig intestines;
8. Stir-fry onion, glutinous rice flour and sesame oil to collect juice;
9. Finally, add the red oil and bring to the pot.
10. Sauté ed sausage with double peppers is served.
