1, the pure land rooster cuts 2 cm pieces; Cut the fresh beef omasum into 8cm 1 cm shreds, add edible alkali and marinate for 20min.
Blanch the marinated beef omasum in boiling water for 2 minutes, take it out and rinse it with clear water until it is alkaline; Cut the green pepper into 2g pieces for later use.
