Materials: crab 400g, chicken 1 piece.
Accessories: sesame oil, light soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, corn starch, 75g ginger, 2 tablespoons salt.
Steps:
1, clean the crab with a toothbrush, remove the furry things under your stomach and remove the bandage.
2. Cut a part of the chicken into the soup for one hour, and marinate a part with sesame oil, corn flour, pepper, cooking wine and light soy sauce for 20 minutes.
3. Stir-fry the ginger slices until fragrant, and pour in the crab to stir-fry the chicken with pickled peppers.
4. Take the chicken out of the chicken soup.
5. Cover the lid and cook for about 10 minute, open the lid and add salt, and cook for another 5 minutes.
