What are the ingredients?
garlic moss (cut into pieces)
tomato (chopped)
crispy meat (diced), a pinch of
vegetarian meatballs (diced), three or four
fried tofu (diced), four or five pieces
yuba (diced), and appropriate amount

balsamic vinegar, pepper, sesame oil and water starch

1. Heat the oil, fry the fragrant pepper, remove it, add garlic moss and stir fry, then add yuba, Pleurotus ostreatus and shredded bamboo shoots.
2. add tomatoes, stir-fry until the tomatoes are juicy, add water (about three or four bowls), add diced crispy meat, diced tofu, peanuts, fungus and salt, and cook until the peanuts are cooked (taste).
3. add vegetarian diced meatballs, balsamic vinegar and pepper (the amount of vinegar and pepper is obviously sour, and it is better to taste a little spicy with pepper), add water starch and stir, cook until the soup becomes thick, and then put sesame oil and coriander out of the pot.
Tips
I use all the new year's goods prepared for the Spring Festival, such as crispy meat and meatballs. You can use sliced meat, just stir-fry it first. There is also a kind of burnt pill, which tastes crisp and fragrant, and tastes richer in soup, but I didn't put it if I couldn't cook it, hehe.
