1. This function only supports the inquiry of personal loan e-loan contracts handled through e-banking, and it is temporarily impossible to inquire the contracts signed by your offline BOC outlets. Moreover, this function supports you to query the payment records of the loan account involved in the contract within two years, and each query time span is 6 months;

2. Inquire about the remaining repayment plan through personal mobile banking of China Bank. When the interest rate changes, the related repayment plan will also change. If you want to inquire about the original plan and other information, you need to contact the Bank of China Loan Bank.
