The method of making canned apricots is as follows:
Materials/tools: apricots, rock sugar, white sugar, water, sealed bottles.
1. Wash the apricots first, peel and core them.
2. Boil water in a pot, add rock sugar, and cook the sugar.
3. Pour in the apricot meat and boil it for 23 minutes. If you like it soft, you can cook it for a while and taste it. If the apricot is sour, you can increase the amount of sugar.
4. Pour it into a boiled bottle while it is hot and seal it.
