Monday:

Breakfast: Side dishes: shredded pickles, peanuts, kelp, tussah, sauce potatoes and salted duck eggs.

Lunch: fried chicken chops, fried auricularia with meat, fresh rehmannia root, black bean sauce and lettuce.

Staple food: steamed stuffed bun and rice.
