1. Press and rub your ankle every day. Don't count the times too deliberately. Just stick to it.
2. Soak your feet with hot water, massage your feet and rub your feet every night.
3. Stick to skipping rope (120 ~ 130)/ dancing, and bring a little padding each time.
4. Take a walk after a meal, usually walking on the ground with the heel first, and walking in the order of heel, arch and sole.
If you are free on weekends, you can go swimming and make your feet slim.
