2. Five beans and red dates soybean milk:
Ingredients: 26 grams of soybeans, 9 grams of black beans, 9 grams of mung beans, 9 grams of peas, 9 grams of peanuts, 0/3 grams of red dates/kloc-,and appropriate amount of water.
Method: Soak the soybeans, black beans, green peas and peanuts together for 6 to 16 hours, and then wash the red dates and remove the stones. 3. Lycium barbarum soybean milk:
Ingredients: 60g soybean, 0/0g medlar/kloc, 0/200ml clear water/kloc.
Methods: Soak the soybeans for 6 to 16 hours, then put the soaked soybeans and Lycium barbarum into the net cover of the soymilk machine, and finally add clean water to the cup, start the soymilk machine and cook the soymilk for more than ten minutes.
