Composition:
6 abalone, garlic paste 15g, soy sauce 15g, seasoning 15g, and raw flour 10g.
Recipe practice:
1. Wash abalone with iron wire or moss.
2. Scrape abalone and set the plate.
3. Cut the garlic and sprinkle it on the abalone.
4. Steam in a steamer for 5 minutes.
5. Add the prepared juice, which is made of soy sauce, seasoning and raw flour.
6. Add some oyster sauce.
7. Steam for 10 minute, and sprinkle with chopped green onion before taking out.
