Materials:
3 beets, 3 potatoes, cucumber 1 root, Russian cooked sausage, 2 cooked eggs, a small amount of vanilla, sour cream, white vinegar and salt.
Exercise:
1. Remove the beet leaves, leaving only the beet head. Wash, blanch in boiling water until soft, remove, peel and scrape into filaments.
