How to cook garlic ribs;
1. Wash and chop the ribs, add all seasoning A, and marinate for coloring; Wash onion and cut into sections; Wash ginger and slice; Wash and pat the peppers evenly for later use.
2. Heat the oil pan to the oil temperature of 150℃ or so. Add garlic and fry until the surface is golden, then remove and drain for later use. Then fry the spareribs in a pot with the method of 1 until the surface is slightly burnt, and then take them out and drain them for later use.
