Six cold dishes, six hot dishes, two soups, one pasta, six cold dishes, first a pot-stewed dish, roast duck, cold fungus, boiled chicken and boiled shrimp. Hot dishes: tile bowl, braised pork with plum, shredded pork with onion, shredded beef with celery, hot and sour chicken offal. Two kinds of soups: Sam Sun Soup, Fuck Off Soup, and one kind of pasta: steamed bread, taro and sweet potato balls, rolls or rice.
