Ingredients: ribs 300g, 150g rice, oyster sauce, onion, ginger, cooking wine (appropriate amount each).
1. Wash the ribs, add proper amount of salt, cooking wine and oyster sauce, mix well, and put them in the refrigerator for more than one hour.
Then wash the rice and soak it in water for half an hour.
3. Put Jiang Mo, rice and marinated spareribs into a rice cooker, add about 1600 ml of boiling water, cover the lid, choose a porridge stand and cook until it becomes sticky.
4. Check the turning from time to time and add some pepper when cooking for 20 minutes.
5. After the time is up, add some salt and chopped green onion and mix well.
