5. After the egg liquid is steamed (about 8 minutes, you can try to insert a bamboo stick to grasp the health), take out the steaming bowl, sprinkle with chopped green onion and order a little soy sauce. Boil 1 tbsp sesame oil, pour it over chopped green onion while it is hot, and serve while it is hot.
