Today, the Yuanbao brothers shared several practical self-debugging and maintenance methods of gas stoves with their friends, and suggested that friends forward their collections for emergencies, but they didn't. I don't know how to solve it.
First, we need to check whether the battery of the gas stove is charged. Many times, it is because the battery of the gas stove is not enough, and there will be no electric spark when it is lit, or there is only a weak ignition sound, and there is no electric spark flashing. If the battery is dead, it can be easily solved by directly replacing one or two new batteries.
Second, we need to check whether the ignition needle of the gas stove is covered or overflowed by dirt. There is water or oil on it, which causes the ignition needle not to flash. The gas stove has been used for a long time, and if the throttle switch is not debugged for a long time, carbon will accumulate on the ignition needle. We can sand the ignition needle with sandpaper. If there is water, dry it with a hair dryer or dry it naturally.
Thirdly, we need to check whether the small fire hole of the small fire cover in the center of the gas stove is blocked by dirt or impurities. If the fire hole of the small fire cover in the center of the gas stove is blocked, the spark of the ignition needle will not touch the gas source and will not stop starting.
The fourth step, we need to check whether the throttle switch of the gas stove is debugged. Because gas stoves can form normal combustion, they can only be made by mixing gas with a certain proportion of air. Many of our friends have gas stoves embedded in cabinets, and sometimes they accidentally touch the throttle switch with things in the cabinets, causing the throttle switch to become bigger or smaller. Too much or too little debugging of throttle switch will lead to ignition failure, ignition difficulty, flameout, fire, strangeness and waste of gasoline. Step five. If there is a knocking sound when ignition, but there is no spark flashing, it is necessary to check whether the ignition needle of the gas stove is broken. If the ignition is really broken, it is actually very cheap to change the ignition needle. The method of replacing the ignition needle is actually very simple. I made a video to explain it in detail.
Step six. If there are sparks and sounds when striking a fire, it won't hit. Even if we use a lighter or an open flame, we can't light it, which means there is no problem in lighting the gas stove, but there is no gas source. Encounter this kind of problem, we need to check from the following aspects:
1. Check whether the gas supply valve of the gas stove is opened normally?
2. Check whether the gas supply pipeline of the gas stove bends and falls off.
3. Check whether the switch knob of the gas stove is loose. If the switch knob of the gas stove is loose, we can easily solve the problem by tightening it or stuffing a ball of paper on the switch knob cover.
It is possible that the nozzle of the gas stove is blocked.
It is also possible that the electromagnetic valve of the gas stove is broken.
