I have compiled some complementary food recipes for 0- 12-month-old babies and shared them with mothers, but before reading the recipes, I think it is necessary to understand the principles and taboos of adding complementary food for babies:
The principle of baby complementary food addition: 1, and the variety of complementary food addition should gradually transition from one to multiple;
2, complementary food should be from thin to thick, from fine to thick.
3, baby complementary food should be added from a small amount to a large amount, and gradually added.
4, pay attention to record the baby's reaction after adding complementary food, don't be reluctant when the baby doesn't want to eat complementary food, but when the baby has an allergic reaction to a complementary food, stop using it in time.
The incidence of eczema is high before the baby 1 year. On the one hand, parents should pay attention to choose baby cream with high oleic acid content, such as Songda camellia oil cream, to moisturize the skin. On the other hand, they should pay attention to whether the baby is allergic to certain foods and temporarily stop eating certain foods.
Contraindication of baby's complementary food: 1, no additional salt is added in the complementary food before the baby 1 year old;
2. Do not eat sugar and honey before the baby 1 year old;
3. Do not drink milk before the baby 1 year old;
4. Don't drink tea when the baby is 3 years old;
5, the baby can't take supplements before the age of 5.
