cut
800 grams
salt
A spoonful
chicken essence
Get a spoon.
Cooking wine
2 tablespoons (too much cooking wine will have a strong flavor of cooking wine)
Barbecue marinade
Two spoons
honey
2 tablespoons
pepper
Proper amount
tinfoil paper
A big sheet
Barbecue dipping sauce
Proper amount
cucumber
Half root (for platter)
Step 1
I just bought fresh ribs and soaked them in water for 20 minutes.
Second step
After 20 minutes, pour out all the water, then pour a proper amount of salt, chicken essence, pepper, barbecue gravy and cooking wine into the bowl and marinate evenly with disposable gloves for half an hour.
Third step
Half an hour later, the baking tray was covered with tin foil, and the ribs were neatly placed on the baking tray.
Fourth step
Cover tightly with this tin foil, and don't expose to the air (exposure to the air will reduce the temperature in the tin foil, and the ribs are not baked well), and bake in the oven 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Step five
Open the tin foil, coat it with honey, sprinkle some barbecue dipping sauce, and bake it in the oven for 20 minutes (I prefer older ones, so it takes longer).
