In addition, the traditional stone mill tofu, diced yellow pepper, crispy elbow and various river fish in the ancient town are all special foods that must be tasted. Stone mill tofu: Stone mill tofu in Huanglongxi cuisine, also known as pearl tofu, is famous for its white color and delicate taste. It has many functions, such as invigorating qi and tonifying deficiency. Yellow spicy diced: Yellow spicy diced is one of the most famous snacks in Huanglongxi. The diced yellow chilli is taken from wild seafood in Jinjiang and Luxi River, with delicate meat and no fishy smell. There are two ways to eat. First, use local mountain pepper and red pepper in Huanglongxi to enhance the taste, supplemented by coriander. The soup is red and bright, spicy and delicious. The second is to cook with lard, water and salt, without too much seasoning, to keep the original flavor, until the soup turns white, and add chopped green onion when it is out of the pot. The soup is delicious and light in taste. Crispy elbow: the special dish of Huanglongxi, also known as Dongpo elbow, is red and bright in color, sweet and fresh in taste, fat but not greasy, and is a good product for respecting the elderly, raising children and beautifying. Oil vertical larva: it is made of oil, which is a kind of small fish and shrimp (commonly known as shrimp rice with hemp stalks) that will never grow up in the wild rivers around here. It is hemp, spicy, fragrant and crisp, and it is a good table wine for wine. Steamed meat: Steamed meat in Huanglongxi is characterized by red and bright color, salty and slightly spicy, and soft and waxy taste.

Six old buildings, such as Main Street, Xinjie Street, Hengjie Street, Shanghe Street, Xiahe Street and Fuxing Street, have just completed a year of closed maintenance and renovation, all of which have been paved with Hongshi Street, and the buildings on both sides have also recovered their original colors and are antique. Starting from Wangjianglou, a suburb of Chengdu, you can go down the Fuhe River and reach Jiangkou Town, Pengzhou County via Huanglongxi. The scenery on both sides of the strait is picturesque, and there are 8 scenic spots for tourists to watch.
