1. First, disconnect the power supply of the Kewood Chef Machine and lift the handle on the side until the machine head is loose.

2. Secondly, after the machine head is released, with the upward movement of the handle, the other hand lifts the machine head, and then reaches in to grab the mixing head and press it upward to make it in a rotatable state.

3. Finally, rotate the mixing head. When the mixing head rotates in place, take out the previous mixing head downwards and lower the pressure head until the disassembly is completed with a click.
