Tuesday: hot and sour Chinese cabbage (or stir-fried), fried meat slices with fungus, lion's head, laver and egg soup.
Wednesday: Mapo tofu, chicken legs, ants on the tree, green vegetable tofu soup.
Thursday: Stir-fry celery with dry tea, barbecue with kelp, cold cucumber, and some wax gourd, and make soup with the soup from cook the meat.
Friday: Braised or halal fish, fried meat slices with lettuce, fried vegetables, kelp tofu soup.
