Practice of Sophora japonica soup
1.
Remove the pedicel of Sophora japonica and wash it with clear water. Although flowers are pure natural and pollution-free, sometimes there are small ants or aphids, so wash them several times.
2.
Sprinkle with flour and mix well with chopsticks until slightly caked.
3.
Put oil in the pot and heat it on high fire. You can put more oil, it will smell better.
4.
Pour the mixed Sophora japonica into the pot and spread it evenly into a round cake.
5.
In the frying process, a little oil is shoveled along the pan wall with a spatula, so that the oil flows into the bottom of the Sophora japonica cake along the pan.
6.
Fry one side until brown, then turn over and fry the other side, or pour oil along the wall of the pot.
7.
After frying until both sides are brown, push the cake around, leaving a little gap in the middle, add a little oil, add chopped green onion and ginger powder and stir-fry until fragrant.
8.
Boil with water and season with salt and soy sauce.
9.
After boiling, turn to low heat and cook for about 5 minutes.
Cooking tips
Chinese recipes don't have to be very strict about ingredients. Add more flour if you like to drink thick food, or add less. Sophora japonica can be fried, not fried, because it can be cooked until the back is cooked. You use about twice as much oil as you usually use for cooking.
