1. Dice the potatoes, remove the stalks of the mushrooms, then pour the oil into the pan and fry the garlic. Pour the garlic oil into the potatoes and mushrooms, then add a spoonful of oyster sauce, a little salt, chicken powder, Chili powder and black pepper, and mix well.
2. After mixing well, pour the potatoes and mushrooms into the air frying pan (do not add oil). Bake in the air fryer first 180 degrees 10 minutes. Don't use oil paper pad! Otherwise, like me, I look forward to boiling the pot and end up with a box of water.
3. Cut a few pig intestines, some are not cut, or you can cut them with a knife! Then pour the sausage and garlic into the air fryer, pour some newly used oil and bake at 200 degrees 15 minutes or so.
4. Then sprinkle with Chili powder and sesame seeds and eat.
