However, in recent years, the technology and quality of small electric vehicles have been continuously improved, and they have been gradually recognized by most consumers. There are also star models such as Euler R 1 and Baojun E200 on the market.

On the other hand, compared with large and medium-sized electric vehicles, small electric vehicles are more economical and environmentally friendly, more in line with the short-distance travel needs and purchasing power of low-income families in big cities and small towns, and have great economic and ecological value, which is of great significance to ensuring national energy security and realizing the strategic goal of a well-off society in an all-round way.

When the growth rate of pure electric (EV) returns to "rationality", the positioning of plug-in hybrid (PHEV) transition products is more realistic. The two problems of high battery cost and low residual value of second-hand electric vehicles cannot be solved, and the real demand is difficult to appear.

However, at present, plug-in hybrid electric vehicles have met with "cold reception" in many places, and even been rejected by the new energy vehicle policy.
