Ingredients: Flammulina velutipes, Chili powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, white sesame, salt and pepper.
1. Add Chili powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, salt and white sesame to the bowl. As shown in the figure below.
2. Pour in hot oil and stir well for later use. As shown in the figure below.
3. Cut the pepper into sections, stuff it with Flammulina velutipes, put oil in an iron pan, and bake it slowly on low heat. Pay attention to turn the Flammulina velutipes upside down and let it bake evenly. As shown in the figure below.
4. Brush the prepared juice and sprinkle some cumin powder. As shown in the figure below.
5. Put the roasted vegetables on a plate to eat. As shown in the figure below.
