The role of trusteeship:
Custody class, called "small dining table" in the early days, is a place where children are taken care of under the condition of complete custody. Generally speaking, it is mainly to let children, such as kindergarten children and primary school students, do homework and play games with their children, and form good life and study habits through the supervision of teachers and the interaction of students.
In addition to taking care of children's safety, the trusteeship class also undertakes the work of picking up children from school and arranging their dinner or lunch. Some trusteeship classes can also be accommodated, which fully solves the problem that parents have no time to take care of their children.
Importance of managed classes:
(1) With the changes of the times, the economic pressure of modern parents is increasing, and the time spent on caring for and educating their children is obviously insufficient; Coupled with the increasingly complex social security situation, the increase of vehicles and the deterioration of public security, parents are not at ease to let their children stay at home alone, so the third home for children outside the school family-the trusteeship class, sometimes also known as the "small dining table".
(2) Custody classes are generally dominated by children, such as kindergarten children and primary school students. In addition to taking care of children's safety, many custody classes are also responsible for picking up children from school and arranging their dinner or lunch. Some trusteeship classes can also stay, which fully solves the problem that parents have no time to take care of their children.
(3) There is another situation: although there are old people or nannies at home to take care of children, because these caregivers lack the necessary educational knowledge, children develop many bad habits because of the lack of a good atmosphere, so parents send their children to a custody class to do homework and play games with them, and form good living and learning habits through the supervision of teachers and the interaction of students.
Advantages and disadvantages of hosted courses:
Benefits:
(1) Because most of the existing children are only children, they enjoy special treatment at home and need the atmosphere of their peers. However, in schools, learning knowledge is the main thing, and students' freedom is greatly restricted, while trusteeship classes are more life-oriented and can temper and improve their personality.
(2) In the peer atmosphere without special care, children can develop better living habits through mutual education. Many children who are picky eaters at home will have a large appetite in the custody class; Children who don't do their homework well at home will consciously finish their homework under the influence of their peers in the custody class.
It is precisely because there is no pressure and rejection caused by parents' excessive attention that children's behavior is more spontaneous.
(3) The main task of the trusteeship class is to help children do their homework. Generally, when they return to the custody class, they will do their homework first, and the teacher will answer questions they can't. After the homework is finished, they will also organize students to check themselves or be checked by teachers. Therefore, children's homework can be completed in the custody class, and parents can save a lot of trouble.
(4) At present, most of the custody classes are run by private individuals (especially retired teachers), which makes the service more convenient and can effectively solve various practical problems of parents and save their time.
Disadvantages:
Because there is no officially registered custody class, the current custody class can be described as a mixed bag. Some irresponsible trusteeship classes will bring great problems to students' safety and education.
