Wugong County belongs to Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province. Geographically, Wugong County is located in the hinterland of Guanzhong Plain, bordering Xingping City in the east, zhouzhi county City in Xi City in the south, Fufeng County and Baoji City in Yangling District, and bordering Ganxian County in the north.

Wugong County is 87 kilometers away from Xi 'an and 50 kilometers away from Xianyang, with a county area of 397.8 square kilometers and a population of more than 400,000. In the ancient history of China, Emperor Taizong Li Shimin was born in Wugong County.

In the history of establishing a county, Wugong County established during the Warring States Period has a history of more than 2,300 years, which can be described as one of the oldest counties in Shaanxi Province.
