Historical background of steamer banquet
This is a traditional way of eating which originated in rural areas of Shi Qiaocun. According to the relevant public information, the steamer banquet originated from the traditional way of eating in rural areas of Shi Qiaocun. People in the village will only solemnly serve steamed dishes on major festivals such as the Spring Festival or when they meet major events such as getting married and building houses. The steamer banquet consists of nine bowls of traditional rural specialties in Langzhong, and all the ingredients are planted and cultivated by rural people themselves.
