Green pepper, lobster sauce, red pepper, fat meat (choose the pork belly with a little lean meat under the pigskin).
Seasoning:
Salt, vegetable oil, raw flour, soy sauce, chicken essence.
Exercise:
1. Wash and slice green pepper, clean and slice lean meat, and marinate with salt, chicken essence and raw flour for about 20 minutes;
