The method of larval cuttlefish:
Ingredients: cuttlefish, red pepper, onion, green pepper, citronella, coriander, lemon juice, Thai chicken juice, fish sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.
Steps:
1. Blanch the squid larvae for later use;
2. Stir-fry onion, red pepper and citronella until fragrant, add cuttlefish roe and stir-fry together, and season with lemon juice, Thai chicken juice, fish sauce, sugar, salt and pepper;
3. Finally, add the green pepper pieces, stir-fry evenly, put them on a plate, and remove the fragrant lai.
