Stir-fried gluten: put 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, oyster sauce, half a tablespoon of soy sauce, a little salt, sugar, 1 tablespoon of Chili powder and 1 tablespoon of white sesame into a pot, mix well for later use, tear the gluten into pieces, and air it under the base oil for two minutes. Stir-fry the green pepper, add the sauce, cumin powder and barbecue powder, and stir well.
