Ingredients: Hu Jihua ancient pressed peanut oil 25g, snail meat 300g, green pepper 1, ginger 10g, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, oyster sauce 1 tablespoon, a little salt, half a spoonful of sugar, light soy sauce 1 tablespoon.
1. Prepare the raw materials, clean the snail meat for later use, then dice the green pepper and chop the ginger.
2. Take a pot and pour 20g of peanut oil squeezed by Hu Jihua ancient method. When the oil is hot, pour in the snail meat and stir-fry for about 1 min.
3. Then add cooking wine and continue to stir-fry until the cooking wine is almost evaporated, and then take it out of the pot and put it on a plate for later use. Stir-frying with cooking wine is beneficial to remove fishy smell.
4. Pour 10g Hu Jihua ancient peanut oil into the pot again, add chopped pepper and ginger, and stir-fry until fragrant.
5. Pour in snail meat and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and salt.
6. Stir fry and serve.
