There is no refrigerator, at least there should be a microwave oven (or other heating measures). Rice (staple food) and vegetables are served separately, so don't mix them together. Not suitable for overnight dishes
1, cold salad: cold salad is polluted during processing, even if it is cold, it is likely to deteriorate after overnight, so it is not appropriate to put it in the lunch box overnight.
2, overnight eggs: If the eggs are not completely cooked, then eat the immature yolk overnight. In the case of improper preservation, nutritious things are easy to breed bacteria, such as flatulence. However, if the eggs are mature and properly sealed at low temperature, there will generally be no problem.
3. Fish and seafood: Fish and seafood can easily produce protein degradation products overnight, which will damage liver and kidney functions.
4. Tremella fuciformis overnight: Tremella fuciformis soup is an advanced nutritional supplement, but once it is overnight, the nutritional components will be reduced and harmful components will be produced.
