Composition:
2 potatoes, chopped green onion, minced garlic, millet pepper, cumin powder, cumin granules, Chili noodles, black pepper and cooked sesame seeds.
Exercise:
1 Peel potatoes and cut into pieces. Boil water and steam 15 minutes. Take out and dry the surface moisture.
Heat the oil in the pan and fry the potato pieces until the surface is golden. Add minced garlic and millet pepper and stir-fry until fragrant. Add half a spoonful of cumin powder, half a spoonful of cumin granules and half a spoonful of pepper noodles, and stir-fry a little black pepper evenly.
Sprinkle appropriate amount of salt, chopped green onion and cooked sesame seeds before cooking, and stir well.
