Sauce: Jingyuan korean chili sauce, Sprite, soy sauce, sesame oil, white sesame seeds and sugar.
Ingredients: pork belly, fat beef rolls, zucchini, carrots, mushrooms, mushrooms, sterile eggs, spicy cabbage.

1. Shred zucchini and carrot, slice mushrooms and pork belly, and marinate (see my penultimate note for the recipe of roasted pork belly ~)
2. Stir-fry the vegetables separately. If you want to lose fat, you can boil them in water. The beef roll is cooked; Pork belly is cooked; Fried another poached egg.
After the meal is done, spread it at the bottom of the bowl, then put poached eggs in the middle, spread vegetables and meat around, and put some spicy cabbage on it.
4. Preparation of bibimbap sauce: 2 tablespoons of spicy sauce +2 tablespoons of sprite+1 spoon of soy sauce+1 spoon of sesame oil+1 spoon of sugar, stir well and pour on it.
