Composition:
2 Eggplant, 1 green pepper, 1 chicken breast, chopped green onion, minced garlic and lobster sauce.
Exercise:
1. Mix a sauce: a little salt, a little sugar, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1 tablespoon starch, half a bowl of water, mince chicken breast and cut green pepper into strips for later use.
2. Wash the eggplant, remove the pedicle, steam it for 10 minute, and then take it out of the pot without scalding and tearing it into pieces.
3. Stir-fry chopped green onion, minced garlic and fermented soybean in hot oil, stir-fry diced chicken until it changes color, stir-fry green pepper for a few times, pour in the prepared juice, bring to a boil, add eggplant and stir-fry evenly, and sprinkle with onion segments before taking out.
