Raw materials:
750g of beef ham, 3 peaches (about 400g), 3 raw pears (about 400g), 50g of raisins, 0/20g of potatoes/kloc-,0/00g of onions/kloc-and 250g of tomatoes.
Seasoning:
Cooking oil 100g, refined salt and pepper.
Exercise:
1. Wash and dice beef; Peel peaches and pears and cut them into two pieces, wash tomatoes and dice them, wash potatoes and peel them and cut them into hob blocks; Wash onion and cut into powder; Wash raisins for later use.
2. Heat the pan and pour in cooking oil. When the oil temperature is 60%, add onion and stir-fry until slightly yellow, add diced beef and stir-fry until the first color, add diced tomato and stir-fry slightly, and pour in appropriate amount of beef soup (not too much broth). After strong fire is boiled, simmer with warm fire 1 hour. After adding peaches, pears and potatoes, add salt, pepper and raisins and mix well.
