How to make sauced tofu at home:
Ingredients: 1 piece of tofu (Northern), half a bag of Xiangqi sauce.
Accessories: appropriate amount of vegetable oil, 15 grams of ginger, 15 grams of green onions, 2 cloves of garlic, half a tablespoon of starch.
Steps:
1. Cut tofu into cubes, chop green onions, mince ginger, and slice garlic.
2. Bring water to a boil, add tofu and blanch for about 2 minutes, remove and drain.
