Steps
1. Peel the winter melon and cut into pieces
2. Put it in a pot and bring to a boil
3. Choose a greener tomato and make a cross on the end. Put it in a pot and cook
4. Cook until the tomato skin cracks, and that’s it
5. Cut the peeled tomatoes into cubes (be careful to blanch them), and cut the pineapple into cubes as well.
6. Put the boiled winter melon into a food processor, add two spoons of boiled winter melon soup, and puree it. Pour out some of the water in the pot, and then pour in the pureed winter melon.
7. Cook until the winter melon puree bubbles (remember to stir while cooking), add sugar, chopped tomatoes and pineapple cubes and it’s ready√
