Anzhou District is the jurisdiction of Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, located in the southwest of Mianyang City. Founded in Yonghe, Eastern Jin Dynasty for three years, it is the hometown of Li Tiaoyuan, a famous scholar in Qing Dynasty, and Sha Ting, a famous modern writer.

Anzhou District has three landforms: flat dam, hills and low mountains, which belong to the humid monsoon climate in the middle subtropical zone. There are abundant animal and plant resources, including Han, Hui and Tibetan ethnic groups 14, and famous scenic spots such as Qianfo Mountain, Luofu Mountain, Sister Bridge and Wenxing Pavilion.
